FUTO Final Year Student Builds Solar-Powered Keke NAPEP [PHOTOS]


A final year student of Electrical Engineering, Federal University of Technology, (FUTO), Owerri, Ekomobong Finbarr, has constructed and defended a solar powered tricycle (Keke) as his first degree project.

Aniekeme Finbarr Ukpong, his brother, announced the successful completion and defense of the project.

The tricycle which has no engine, but just battery and the solar system can go 11km without any hiccups.
