University of Ibadan Reopens After Indefinite Break

University of Ibadan, UI reopens after about 6-week indefinite break. Exam date also announced.

After a long indefinite break, the University of Ibadan (UI) is to resume on the June 15, 2016, while their semester examination starts on July 4.

It will be recalled that the management of the University of Ibadan (UI) on Tuesday, 26th of April 2016, shutdown the institution indefinitely and ordered the students to vacate the campus with immediate effect.

This development came after students staged a protest over management’s victimization of a 500-level Engineering student, Michael Epeti, who took part in a recent protest by the students as well as poor power and water supply within the school campus.
