| Candidates are requested to report in the University premises for Clearance immediately. The following documents are to be presented for clearance: a) Evidence of the purchase of the University Admission Form. b) Evidence of payment of Acceptance Fee of N25,000 (Twenty-five thousand Naira only) c) Original and 4 photocopies of SSCE/NECO/NABTEB/OND/NCE certificates or Statement of Results. d) Original and 4 photocopies of Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age. e) Original and 4 photocopies of JAMB Result Notification/Director Entry Application printout. f) Original and 4 photocopies of Local Government Area of Origin Letter. g) 3 Stamped unaddressed official envelops. h) 14 coloured passport photographs Note: After checking your admission status, if you’ve been successfully offered admission, get your proof of admission called ‘Admission Letter’. To get yours, go to MSG Original Admission Letter page. One copy of the Admission Letter is to be submitted to the Admissions Office. |
