AKSU Declares Lecture-Free & Sanitation Day


Akwa Ibom State University, AKSU declared lecture-free and sanitation day in preparation for the forth-coming accreditation exercise.

This is to inform all staff and students of the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) that in preparation for the forth-coming accreditation exercise, the Vice-Chancellor has approved and directed that there should be Lecture-free day for students on Friday 22/01/2016 to enable the students join hands with all staff to maintain sanitation in the two (2) campuses of the university

By this directive therefore, Friday 22/01/2016 is declared Lecture-free for all staff and students. Accordingly, all staff and students are directed to join hands to keep the campuses clean in readiness for the Accreditation Team, scheduled to arrive on Sunday 24/01/2016.

The Vice-chancellor solicits the understanding and cooperation of all staff and students, whose commitment and sacrifice toward the success of the accreditation exercise would be greatly appreciated
